I focus on proactive media relations and creative digital communications to build positive brand awareness.
I have more than 15 years of experience in public relations and communications for nationally focused non-profits and international corporations. I have won national awards from both Association Forum and ASAE for creative press kit creation. Prior to working in public relations, I worked as a television news producer in central Missouri and as a 24-hour news producer in Austin, Texas. I have received awards from both the Houston and Dallas Press Clubs for newscasts I produced.
I hold a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a master's degree in communications management, both from Webster University. I am a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
