Strategic Communications Plan
One of my first duties working for the City was to create a strategic communications plan. Having a strategic communication plan, which incorporates both internal and external communications, will foster an engaged, informed community. The plan encompasses general communications for various departments throughout the city with the goal that through consistent and engaged communication, the city has the ability to grow informed participation, enhance community pride and improve overall livability.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Conference
I assisted in the planning and managed the marketing for the annual Diversity & Inclusion Conference at Webster University. This annual event covered a variety of topics on diversity, equity and inclusion issues on a global scale. This was Webster University's largest community event, drawing more than 2,000 registrations.

In 2017, I helped launch a new online media experts guide at Webster University to assist members of the media in finding experts they can interview on a variety of subjects. This mobile-friendly tool allows journalists to find faculty experts on a variety of subjects and quickly contact them under tight deadlines.
